Anybody can be a cyber-bully is a message displayed in this movie because anger can cause people to do things they don't mean to and will regret after they've done it. Best friends could turn against you and hide it. Anybody is capable of cyber-bullying and being a cyber-bully victim. The people who are barely ever victims of cyber-bullying are the ones that let the cyber--bullies worlds slide off they're back and don't respond. |
This movie is about cyber-bullying showing that victims are chosen by what they do and who they talk to. Taylor Hillridge, a character in the movie, is any normal teenage girl that dreams to fit in but can't. As soon as her and her best friend Samantha start fighting, everything falls apart. A guy on "Cliqsters",a website in the movie, named James appears on the day of Samantha's and Taylor's first fight. Everytime Samantha and Taylor fight, James makes up lies. But when James turns out not to be real but a fake profile, Taylor is stunned and upset because she told him everything and her friends are turned against her when James begins to spread rumors and a popular girl at her school, named Lindsay, begins to spread more rumors. As for Taylor, she continues to stay on the website where she's getting cyber-bullied because she wishes to be like any other teenager. |
